Dear Vikas, First of all we recommend you clean your ears yourself so that you don't have to pay anyone to do it for you. Second, Tinnitus is a difficult condition. Wax can be a contributing factor and after removing it you will soon realise it's going to take time before you see any change. It's a slow process. Have patience. The doctor you choose to visit will also struggle on your behalf. So don't blame the doctor.

Today,s visit was a bad experience for me 75 year old mother . I wanted to consult doctor about my hearing loss n hearing aid fitting . Waited for 2 hours . Doctor did not see me directly , did not ask my problem. Assistant saw n said eat n apply medicines n come after a week .

Sad to say that people cannot understand what COVID 19 is. They take it very lightly. Today was the most scary part of my entire career. We have made elaborate arrangements for patients safety, staff safety and doctor safety. We do not allow attendants with the patient just so that we can maintain social distancing. Today there was a huge crowd of patients and attendants. All inpatient. All the extra time that we take is the preparations. In the time of COVID 19 everything becomes secondary. Theses are not normal times. No luxury offered. Just basics. We are certainly not there to satisfy peoples egos. And what we certainly do not appreciate is a ruly crowd trying to barge in and disregard all safety rules. If we need to close down OPD we will. But we must be safe ! And in your case hearing loss is not more urgent than a preventing a Covid infection. We wish you well. I think we should advice the government to close all hospitals. Because the whole world has become slow. And of course as always Doctor s are the villains. Sorry for the trouble.
