The doctor preferred to text and I requested for a 1:1 call repeatedly but no response. Over text she just asked what’s the problem and prescribed some medicine. I am not even confident on the medicine she prescribed. *** *** *** ********* ********* ******* ****** ** **** ******* ********* Her behaviour was really unprofessional in all possible ways and I would highly suggest not to consult her if you are in state of emergency as she may not respond or attend you. Really disappointed.

it was a very bad experience with Practo and Dr. Karla. Practo team also not able to help to clarify prescription related questions by Dr. When some one wants to clarify their question on Prescription how should they do this. Health cannt wait till Drs. avaibility. it's pathetic experience. Despite of several requests we didn't even receive a single response on our Prescription related query either from Karla or from Practo team. Horrible experience.
