Rather she helps one accept that these are just thoughts,they are guests, let them come. But what she teaches is the technique to deal with them. Dr. Disha is an amazing listener and talking to her makes one feel more confident of oneself. The therapy takes care of the fears in the mind. After listening complete history , main causes of problem is determined. Practical Possible Solutions are suggested to overcome different psychological problems.
Supportive Medicines are provided only to the extent required. No heavy dose of medicines. Tendency is to reduce the medicines after comparing the recovery stages of patient. It has been more then 3 month I am visiting
doctor recovering very fast.
I am thankful for her and I would especially recommend her to everyone who is going to a psychiatrist
