On the fifth day from my first visit, surgery was performed. Everything went right from the beginning as she properly explained about the medicines, costs, recovery period and precautions needed. Dr Vaishali is an adept cataract surgeon and was communicating during surgery to check if i was ok. The surgery lasted for half an hour and there was no pain or discomfort during the surgery. Doctor helped me overcome my apprehensions and concerns related to the surgery. Post surgery the recovery was fast and i was able to resume work soon. I am very much thankful to her for the treatment and surgery.Read less

I consulted Dr. Vaishali for cateract operation for my mother in law. We were nervous due to other medical conditions. But the doctor explained all our queries in very simple way and with a lot of details. She used some of advanced tools to provide complete diagnosis. All this made us very comfortable.
The operation took place without any issues. We had complete peace of mind as everything went on exactly as planned. No confusion/last minute running around etc.
And the reasonable charges along with clear documentation for the insurance claim made it even better.
Will highly recommend Dr. Vaishali for eye treatment.Read less

Doctor works in very friendly manner and releases you from any anxiety. During surgery under local anaesthesia she was in between talking with me that kept my mind steady and stable.
In this response the third question is mandatory so I had to select improvement on wait time as no other option. Actually there is no wait time as appointments are properly lined up.Read less

Experience has been great since the very first consultation. With respect to Cataract surgeries, each time, she made us to understand the risks and instructions to be followed during pre-surgery, surgery and post-surgery days.
She listens to the vision problems patiently and explains the related diagnosis and instructions very well.
She takes care of everything responsibly from her end (including Covid-19 precautions) and in a planned manner too.
Also, I received the medical documents (required to submit health insurance claim) on the same day of each of the surgeries.
My entire family is very thankful to Dr Vaishali Sathe for her medical support during critical time.Read less
