Amidst this pandemic, I directly called up the doctor and she advised a couple of things which can be done at home before a personal visit the next day. *** ********* *** ******* *** the home treatment worked well and the pain was relieved in just 30 minutes and it did not recur. One more point which I have to mention is that if she finds that a certain pain does not require therapy and can be cured only by performing exercises as suggested by her she will let you know that and would never ask you to take therapy sessions unnecessarily.
