Hot Summer season, My Job work is like always ride on bike and problem because of the sun my skin started changes in black. Skin tone changes like black, Already i am black because of sun became very black , so i need a solution for this problem.

Search on Google, Went to his clinic in there token system is there, Waited in queue, Here in this clinic always busy and rush because of the doctor treatment. And my company staff also recommend for this doctor. i wait and wait for my turn finally i got my turn, i went inside and sit on chair then doctor ask me what is the problem, i showed my hands for the skin tone changes happen.

Doctor analysis the problem and ask me that how long you have this problem, i said from this summer, He told me that wear full hand shirt and apply sun screen lotion on ur face and hands. so he prescribed the medicine and Sun Screen Lotion for me , He told me that how to use the Lotion. Every 3 hours while ur in outside you have to apply this lotion. this will protect your skin from the hot weather. And drink lot of water when you are roaming in bike. This will change all your problem. so dont be worry about skin tone. where Helmet or Cap while driving so that shade will protect from sun.

As i followed what doctor told to me. Till upto now i am using the sunscreen lotion before leaving from my office or home while going to field. Thanks a lot doctor. Highly Recommended Doctor.
