We consulted Dr. Rashmi Prasad Madam for repeated miscarriages. The hospital staff and adminstration are very supportive and they work round the clock to ensure everything is fine. My experience was miserable. The doctor has no value for other's time *** ******* **** *** ********** ** **** ** *** ******** She even insulted me in front of her staff.

I booked the doctor twice. The main problem was higher wait time. Even after booking for a slot both times, I was made to wait because doc was doing something inside her private cabin, with empty waiting area(There was no one inside or outside). The staff has been most unhelpul, rude and lost in her phone - specially the assistant/compounder. ** ***** *** ******* *** ****** ** ****** ***** ** *** ********** ******* *** ********* ***** *** ****** **** ***** ***** ** ********** **** *** ****** ****** ***** ******* ******** **** patients who are nervous already. The second visit today was more pathetic. Got a call from clinic to arrive 30 mins early. But eventually got to visit the doctor 26 mins after the initial scheduled slot. Had to wait for 56 mins for no understandable reason. What's the point of booking a slot??!! And worse, she wouldn't allow even husband inside cabin when she started diagnosis. Would never recommend this doctor to any of my near and dear ones!!
