Not at all recommended diagnostic Centre in Patna. They just know how to charge bomb fees and can least care about the patients. I am writing this review only and only because of the lady who sits at the reception. She is rude, unfriendly and unmannered. She is not doing anyone any favour by treating us, we are paying a good amount of money for it. Dr.Mehra you should pay more attention to what is actually going on at your Centre. I was there for more than 5 hrs and I got to see you only for 10 seconds when you were passing the lobby. The place is so unhygienic, you would want to puke even while passing the washroom. The staff does not even change sheets in between the patients when MRI is being done, no disposable sheet is available. They are using the same sheet for all the patient and that too during the COVID time.
The so called manger of the Centre, the lady, keeps increasing the price when you ask for something. The price of the test over the phone was 7k, when we went to the Centre so it went up to 10500 and then she portrayed of doing us a favour of giving us a 1000 rs discount and charged 9500. Now when asked for CD of the results, she is asking for additional 500rs. *** ** **** **** **** *** she was so arrogant about it. A** *** ********** ******* ** ***** **** ** * **** ** *** ******* *** **** ** ***** **** *** She even was rude enough to hang up the phone on me.
Would never recommend anyone to go at this Centre and save your their time and money. I hope you do see this Dr.Mehra.
