Overall good experience with Dr Vivekanand sir for treatment of Thyroid disease in my brother.

The doctor was very busy and did not have much time for us. He was late for the appointment, and the explanation was not very clear. The clinic staff should improve communication about the doctor's schedule and take better care of patients. Overall, I would rate the experience low due to these issues.

The doctor did explain things, but I did not feel fully satisfied with the clarity of the explanation.

The clinic was very clean, and Dr. Vivekanand was very nice and polite. I would recommend him.

To the point and instills confidence in the patient. Unlike other doctors he was willing to listen to all queries and gave responses that were explanatory and unambiguous. He was pleasant to speak with and his experience in the field shows. We definitely will continue with Dr Vivekanand for our baby.

Doctor is good but He did not give proper time during online consultation. Our consultation finished in 4 min eventhough we had few more queries. He was only answering our question in short not explaining it properly.

He should be more interactive and advisable.
