Mr. Vinod Bhanti, Chairman, Comprehensive Prosthetics & Orthotics (CPO)is a renowned name in the Prosthetics and Orthotics industry. With over 45 years of experience in Prosthetics and Orthotics, the pioneer hails from Patna Medical College (PMC) as a Prosthetic and Orthotics Engineer. Mr. Bhanti is the Founder Member of Orthotic Prosthetic Society of India (Now OPAI). He is a patron of the Indian Red Cross Society and Patna Medical College.He is a Rehabilitation Consultant to Indian Red Cross& ICRC. Mr. Bhanti is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Rehabilitation Council of India and the Chairman of Prosthetic & Orthotic Education Committee. He has led several campaigns on Rehabilitation and Disability issues.He has also served as the Chairman of the Indian Chapter of International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics (ISPO-India.) Very recently, he was invited as an Advisory Delegation representing India in the High-level meeting of the General Assembly on disability and development (HLMDD) held at UN Headquarters for the UN Enable 2013-14on 23rd September.
