I found the ultrasound and reports hard to understand, and the explanation from Dr. Shradha Chakhaiyar was not clear.
I was disappointed with the staff's responsiveness and attitude, especially when Dr. Shradha Chakhaiyar was not present. Some staff members did not take responsibility or communicate kindly, which negatively affected my experience. Otherwise, I used to think everyone there was very good.
