I had a horrible story on 15 th Dec where doc tor khus u mishra gave the anathesia but was not ready to start the treatment of the patient before paying the full amount of the money, I ask her write this protocol that before payment procedure will not start asking this she compared herself to a mithai( sweet shop) where we pay first and then buy the sweets. **** ** *** ******* ******** *** *** ***** ***** ****** *** **** ** ******* *** *********
