Doctor Priya is very humble and polite. I went for the regular check-up and she explained every detail which i should take care of in future and suggested the best treatment plan. She shared her contact as well in case the sensitiveness of the tooth last for more than a week. She will give ample time to listen the problem and to clear every doubt in the mind. I first met her in Dec, 2020 for tooth colour filling. She assured me on the call that if any problem occurs within 3 years, I can meet her. I'll be given free service. But after meeting, it remained only for one year. I was still satisfied but totally dissatisfied with her treatment because differences could apparently be examined.

When I met her 2nd or 3rd time, she added some material to minimise differences *** ** ******* ** *** ********** ****** Actually she layered some materials on the side tooth to support it. When it broke, it took the adjacent side of another tooth.

When I met her again and told about it politely, she didn't believe it at all and her attitude completely changed. Even she had got me waited a long hour on that day whereas I got the appointment after 10-12 days. She did nothing that day and I returned with disappointment. She guaranteed me a one-year-free-treatment if anything happens but she denied it within 2 months itself.

One foremost thing I would like to add that before appointment i enquired of the best material and its cost, and I opted that. *** ********* ***** ** *** **** *** *** **** **** *** ******** *********

It was a wonderful experience of dental treatment here & Dr Prerna is such an awesome & kind doctor.Even my father & mother had got the treatment and they felt painless procedure of RCT and some other tooth related issues smoothly done by her. I personally recommend people out there if you want a magic like dental treatment, then you must visit this place.
