Dr. Sahil Behl (Physiotherapist)

I had terrible pain in both of my wrists after delivery . All the doctors I went to had the x-rays done, labelled it as bone enlargement,suggested operation and medication. No joy. My husband found physio planet when searching for physiotherapy clinics as a last try. I am so glad that we did and went to see Dr. Sahil and Dr. Anuja. I just explained the problem and they already knew what the problem was. Also, Dr. Sahil and Dr. Anuja were very patient with me, assured me too, for which I am thankful as we all need some mental support sometimes. Now I am all healed and NO PAIN thanks to both Dr. Sahil and Dr. Anuja.

Now it's been 1 year and there are no signs of any pain.

One more experience I will like to add here. I am a member of mommies group on the internet having Indian mommies from all over the world. There have been so many posts mentioning the same, pain in wrists problem after delivery. And "ALL" of them are getting treated with medicines along with injections in the wrist or surgery. And when I read them I am so relieved that I found these gem of doctors.

I am a Badminton player & was suffering from side knee pain due to a sport injury for last one and half months.I couldn't even walk 400 mts at a stretch due to heavy pain on the outer knee whenever I walked that much. I also visited two physiotherapists during this time, took multiple sessions of physiotherapy but no improvement.

Then, I went to consult Dr Sahil and told my history of injury & pain. He listened very patiently, did some routine check ups and diagnosed my problem as IT Band Syndrome Or RUNNER's Knee in common language. He suggested me to get it manually released and was kind enough to give appointment on the same evening & did it with perfection. After a rest of one day, I tried walking 1.5 kms and there was NO PAIN in the side knee at all. Second and third day, did walk of 4-5kms daily and walk was perfect & without pain.

Dr Sahil is really a learned physiotherapist and I strongly recommend to consult him immediately

It's been a feeling of honor to get treated from one of the best physios of the Tri-City. My left knee's ACL was reconstructed a year back and I got my rehabilitation therapy done by Dr. Anuja and Dr. Sahil. The couple has been with me through thick and thin of the recovery process, from pushing me to work on weak muscle groups to strengthening the overall joint. I'm back to sports now and the credit goes to this Planet. Highly recommended for the chiropractic and sports injury treatments. Keep up the good work and Josh :)

I have been coming to see Dr. Sahil Behl for three years now and I cannot say enough about Dr. Sahil Behl and his staff. I had knee injury 2-3 years back and I went to many physiotherapist in Tri City, but no one can help me to diagnosis the exact problem in the Knee. One of my friend suggested me Dr. Sahil. He is an excellent doctor. He and his staff will take the time to answer all of your questions.I felt very comfortable with him as my doctor. Excellent bedside manner - which is very important!

This place is a complete package of all the qualities mentioned above. Dr Sahil and Dr Anuja are very thorough with their field *** **** ********* ********** ***** ***** ****** ***** ******* ** *** At one point of time my mom started sending me here alone after witnessing as to how "safe and friendly" the environment is. As far as the "treatment satisfaction" is concerned, I had gone to about 6-7 doctors before I got to know about Dr Sahil and Dr Anuja. But those 6-7 doctors could not even find the problem I was suffering through. So curing the problem was a far reach for them. I strongly believe that the pirice per sitting is apt. They "value money" rather than charging high fee from patients.

Have been to many Physiotherapy Clinics but trust me guys, ** ***** ** *** **** ***** **** He will listen to you and will always go that extra mile to help the patient.I went for a Knee Injury and in just 3 to 4 sittings my pain just vanished.The ambience of the clinic makes you hail & Hearty too. I will highly recommend them to everyone ,who is there in the pain and is looking for the best possible cure. These guys are very genuine and are more inclined towards patients wellbeing.Very much approachable too.

I was having neck pain from last 1 week. I was taking medicine and there was no improvement .
