Visited this clinic 2 months back. I got a detailed explanation about how weight loss should be done in the correct manner. Having tried many places before, I knew that I would have to live on different seeds and only fibre (with the food quantities being next to nothing), but to my surprise, I was given a normal homely diet. What came as a shock was the quantity of the food being offered. 'How can I lose weight by eating triple the amount I was right now' was the first question that popped up into my head, but I still decided to give it a shot. Today, I'm down 8 Kgs , and always have a full stomach - couldn't be happier :)
