On entery of the clinic all covid precautions are undertaken. The newly renovated area is superbly 21st century modern. The friendliness of staff puts one at ease. The same friendliness is on meeting the Doctor. Dr Anand explained all factors and asked for my views. All my queries were addressed. During the surgery he continuously explained what is going on, what risks may be faced, the process being carried out, directed my responses, and continued with small talk, all to ease my tensions and relax me. The soft instrumental music is beautiful. On completion a detailed explanation was given, my post surgery actions dos and donts clarified, diet types laid out, medication and patient duties stressed upon, and care of attendents noted.
