I experienced a fracture in my femur and subsequently underwent PFN surgery under the care of Dr. Raviraj at Apollo Hospitals, Bangalore. Following my discharge, my doctor recommended physiotherapy to aid in my recovery, and I was fortunate to receive treatment from Anas. Initially skeptical about the effectiveness of physiotherapy, Anas quickly dispelled my doubts by introducing me to a tailored exercise regimen. With his guidance and encouragement, I diligently performed these exercises, noticing gradual improvements in my mobility and strength each day. As I progressed, I regained independence in performing daily activities and walking. Starting with a walker, then transitioning to elbow crutches, I eventually achieved the milestone of walking unaided. My experience with Dr. Anas was excellent. He is thorough in his subject knowledge and helped me through my post operative rehabilitation and recovery. I was bed ridden after my medial open wedge high tibial osteotomy and Dr. Anas worked with me three times a week for three and a half months absolutely committed to making me build back muscle and strength so I could get back on to my feet and walk. Dr. Anas uses holistic approach to recovery. He did not just focus on my leg but made sure that I build entire core body strength and stability while working on the mobility of the leg. He was always mindful of any aches of pains that I may develop during the physiotherapy and recovery process and would recommend alternative exercise that would work better instead. He is one of the gentlest and caring doctors I have ever met. I would like to thank Dr. Anas for getting me through this far in my journey to recovery.
