Ms. Aditi Tendulkar

Aditi Tendulkar is a Mental Health Counsellor. As a psychotherapist, she has worked with various clients from the sub fields of career counseling and guidance, relational, marital and family counseling, apart from individual and group therapy with children, adolescents and adults. Aditi has worked with several patients exhibiting physiological disorders and has helped clients recover from physiological symptoms by addressing issues from a psychological wellbeing perspective. She has also worked with mood and anxiety oriented disorders. She has worked in collaboration with various schools, whereby she could deal with children who have ADHD, hyperactivity, and learning disabilities, emotional problems, aggression, and inability to cope with developmental milestones. She has also worked in collaboration with colleges, whereby she could deal with adolescents and young adults having various issues, like identity crises, depression, anxiety etc. She has conducted various workshops, especially designed to cater the needs of corporates and organizations. In addition, she has also developed training for teachers with the usage of psychological tools to understand the children well. She firmly believes that every individual is unique and the solution to any issues/ problems that they face lie within self as every individual has the innate potential to solve their own problems.
