Dr. Constance Marian Chen is a Plastic Surgeon,Cosmetologist and Plastic, Reconstructive, Aesthetic Surgeon and has an experience of 25 years in these fields. She completed Fellowship from New York University Medical Center Tisch Hospital in 2009,Fellowship from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in 2006 and Residency from New York Presbyterian Hospital/weill Cornell Medical Center in 2008.
