Ms. Shreya Kaul

Shreya is a counselling psychologist who holds a Bachelor’s in Liberal Arts from Jindal University and a Masters in Counselling Psychology from Amity University, Noida. She has worked in the peer support group of her college and supported young adults facing various issues in an academic set up such as; depression, stress, sexual assault and self harm. She was also part of a Community Counselling endeavor organized in her Masters to psycho-educate children from a lower socio-economic group at an NGO. She is a passionate as an Ally for the LGBTQIA+ community and believes in a Queer Affirmative Therapeutic practice. She incorporates elements of an explorative and insight oriented approach, in an otherwise eclectic practice to therapy as she believes that each client should have a therapeutic plan that caters best to them. She wants to bring about a change in conversations around mental health and societal constructs. She loves to sing and read whenever she has any spare time.
