I booked an orthopedic consultation on practo and I got Dr. Amrutha Nagishetty. She came online after 2-3 minutes and asked me to give 10 minutes. i said sure but she didn't return even after 35 minutes *** ****** *** ********* *** ************ *** ** ****** *************** i don't recommend her at all.

I got allocated this doctor and she initiated video call, but Practo app took sometime to load and connect (it’s just few mins). And then I started reaching her and keep sending messages but no response, I wait for more than an hour and reached out to Practo support team. Unfortunately, Dr Amrutha Nagisetty marked my visit completed. * ***** **** **** ** ***** ** ******** ****** *** ******** **** **** *** *** ***** *** *** **** *** **** *** ***** **********

Very disappointed. She did not even bother to listen to what I had to say. Did not bother to ask questions. Straightaway recommended physiotherapy and scan, which was a little far-fetched. Very cold attitude. Almost not interested. Recommended medication only after I requested for it very, very, very disappointed.

I had online consultation with the doctor regarding my 90-year-old grandpa’s hip X-ray. Since I was not in my hometown, my younger brother spoke directly with the doctor. She was very kind, patient and explained everything clearly in simple terms. After the discussion, we felt guided in the right direction and are truly happy with the consultation.

doctor is very friendly and explains the problem properly. highly recommend. I consulted her for knee pain, she gave clear diagnosis and explained the problem in detail.
