I got in touch with Dr. Salil around 2 months back regarding breast cancer treatment for my mother. She has had 2 Chemo’s so far. What impressed me most about Dr Salil is:

1. He explains everything to you in a layman’s language. Hence it is very easy to understand even the most complicated of things.

2. He gave us a full clarity on the course of treatment and the positives and negatives of the test reports. After meeting him, we were very clear on future course of action

3. He listens to you patiently and answers all your queries. He will guide you to the right people if you ask him something which is not his subject.

4. He is very friendly and is easily approachable. You can trust that in case of emergency, you can reach him.

5. He is always positive and does not create fear and panic. It appears that he has things under control even under difficult circumstances.

6. He pays special attention to the mental well being of the Patient. In my case, he always gives my mom a feeling that she is not sick but can continue to enjoy her life.

7. He is open to your suggestions and considers your point of views.

During my 1st visit to him, we were confident that we had made the right choice of a doctor.

After the surgery for breast cancer for my sister, we were recommended to see Dr Salil for chemotherapy. It's been 5 months since then.
