During my second visit, she prescribed some super expensive roll on vials for my hair treatment, which she sells at her own clinic. The receptionist asked me to buy the vial bottles at the clinic itself. While buying them, I enquired about the number of boxes I would need since she wrote the instructions in an unclear way. I asked the receptionist to clarify this with the doctor. To this, the doctor called me and the receptionist inside her cubicle and asked us to "read" her instructions again.
She reacted in a very rude way and also asked my age, while judging me for not understanding something that she wrote very unclearly in the first place. I found this behaviour to be very disrespectful and insulting. She was also very rude to her own employee. For my lip pigmentation, she gave me creams to apply on my lips which are only meant for external use. When I asked her to give alternatives to the creams, she just asked me to be "careful" while using those* **** *** ****** ******* ********* ******* ************
I will definitely not recommend her.

And then shout on patient very badly for not bringing the prescription. Patient came holding all the medicines and everything with her. ***** ******** ********* *** **** ********* I don’t recommend Dr. Purnima at all.
