This is my experience with the clinic and not for any doctor as the doctor listed here was not the one who treated my mother.I got hearing aids for my mother from the clinic worth Rs 60000 and was promised good service by them. Within few months of payment there was an issue with the hearing aids and even after following up with them for 3 weeks I did not get any response. They promised so many things while taking payment but nothing was delivered.

This is regarding the indiranagar clinic..very poor experience .. a Mr Balraj at the clinic is most rude person hope one never has to deal with him if you are a customer to this clinic. Its been a month and the hearing aid is still not rectified ... poor support... one needs to follow up continuously for status updates
