Usually getting 5 stars isn't a easy task for any establishments.But, this Clinic gets it with ease. Well, I was introduced to this Clinic by one of my close friend who had gone through Consultation of nutritionist Dr.Akshatha and found jaw dropping positive turn around in his lifestyle. Initially I was little skeptical about how just diet and yoga would aid me to get positive results in such short span. But, post visiting here I have to agree that all my doubts about such good happenings have got cleared and already started feeling the positive changes in my life style.
As per their clinic's quote -" We Care, We Listen,We Treat ", they have concern and will listen to your complete health profile and then start with their treatment by keeping a holistic approach of bringing both physical and psychological well being. Dr.Adithi's guidance in each of the asanas and pranayamas is appreciable and really helps to cope up with modern day stress, fear and anxiety. Post completion of your yoga therapy classes, you will be provided with set of instructions and audio recordings for performing asanas at home with its specific timing to be performed.Nutritionist diet plan will help us to reset our old abnormal eating habits by replacing with apt and effective one. The follow ups and their guidance is highly appreciated. Getting you on a WhatsApp group will help you to keep you motivated to follow the diet plan and achieve your goals. I am writing this review for Ambara Wellness Clinic after around 6 months of nutrition consultation. I went in there having put on lot of fat and lack of excersise for around 18 months.
Dr Akshatha guided me by providing a nutrition plan. It was NOT a crash diet that I had to do for 1 month to loose 10 kgs or something.
She gave a balanced plan considering my food habits and I did not have to deviate a lot from what I was eating. The nutrition plan focussed on getting the right amount of macros in each meal. Also, rather than focusing on just loosing weight, she provided healthy eating plan which can be sustained for long term.
The best part that I liked is the kind of follow ups she does. It really helps us stay on track.
Its been around 6 months now and I have still consulting with them. With the steady nutrition plan combined with strength training, my body fat has reduced from around 33% to around 23% now and I have gained considerable strength as well.
I definitely recommend anyone who is trying to eat healthy to consult with them.
I have been attending Yoga classes under the guidance of Dr Tanmayee for the last 6 months. She teaches us various types of warmup exercises,Asanas, Suryanamaskaras, Pranayama etc. Each day, each class is very interesting and helpful. I have become very flexible and can do many asanas and exercises with ease now. Extremely happy to say that I have lost 3 kgs too. Never like to miss the classes. Dr Tanmayee is very friendly,at the same time very firm too. Her teaching skills are exemplary. I never feel like missing my classes. One hour session is conducted in a very interesting way,everyday we do different Asanas n exercises.
