I don't have any issue with the doctor, he has suggested the correct treatment after listening my issues. But I have a great problem with all the other things associated with contacting doctor and related to the service.

I wanted to consult the Doctor for my increased level of Diabetes and Cholesterol level so I tried contacting him and came to Practo. I tried to contact the clinic with the contact number provided on the portal and there comes Sugar fit. Now sugar fit started communicating on behalf of the Doctor. After consultation, doctor also redirected me to go for Sugar Fit . In sugar fit they were pressurising me to buy there some device and package so I asked them to give me sometime as it's something new to me.. As because of Practo I had to reach the doctor through sugarfit so I had to pay higher consultation fees and after that I requested for a proper bill, which I was not provided . I don't know what is wrong with providing proper bill when the payment was taken.

The way this sugarfit lady was pressuring me to pay the bill it was some enormous level. I don't know what's all is going on... All this is just to make me buy the sugar fit package... Such a wrong way to seel the products. I must say... Someone should look into it and solve it please.

I found Dr renukaprasad very intelligent and showed all the patience to understand me.he did not jump to change drugs but desired me to monitor my sugar levels more systematically and then to meet him again.he gave good explanations on all his points.
