Dr. Harish Darla, is a Consultant Physician in Diabetes & Endocrinology @ Darla’s Health Care and a Visiting Consultant at Apollo Hospital, Mysore. He has completed, MRCP- Endocrinology(London, UK), MD (Internal Medicine) from Ramachandra Medical College, Chennai, DNB (General Medicine) from National Boards of Examination, New Delhi, MRCP (London, UK), FRCP (Edinburgh, UK), FRCP (Glasgow, UK), Dip in Endocrinology and Diabetes (Royal College of Physicians, UK), Dip in Diabetes (Middlesex University, UK). He is trained in the field of Diabetes and Endocrinology at various prestigious institutes under eminent Doctors in United Kingdom. Worked at various levels, Clinical Fellow, Registrar, LAT SPR level for a period of about 4yrs, in this 4yrs he has gained vast experience in this field and in managing all medical and endocrinology problems. Actively involved in presentations and teaching students in the UK. While working in UK he obtained, MRCP (London, UK) and was recently awarded with FRCP, Edinburgh UK. He keeps himself up-to-date with latest development in the field of diabetes and endocrinology and thrives to acquire more knowledge for the benefits of his patients. He is trained in Insulin Pump at Seoul, Korea. Trained in Diabetic foot at Indian Podiatry Association and has managed various complicated diabetic foot non healing ulcers and prevented amputation with his expertise (photographs of various ulcer during and after treatments attached in the diabetic foot section) Has done presentations in Local forums, State forums and National forums. Also done a lot of Live TV interviews.
