Usually getting 5 stars isn't a easy task for any establishments.But, this Clinic gets it with ease. Well, I was introduced to this Clinic by one of my close friend who had gone through Consultation of nutritionist Dr.Akshatha and found jaw dropping positive turn around in his lifestyle. Initially I was little skeptical about how just diet and yoga would aid me to get positive results in such short span. But, post visiting here I have to agree that all my doubts about such good happenings have got cleared and already started feeling the positive changes in my life style.

As per their clinic's quote -" We Care, We Listen,We Treat ", they have concern and will listen to your complete health profile and then start with their treatment by keeping a holistic approach of bringing both physical and psychological well being. Dr.Adithi's guidance in each of the asanas and pranayamas is appreciable and really helps to cope up with modern day stress, fear and anxiety. Post completion of your yoga therapy classes, you will be provided with set of instructions and audio recordings for performing asanas at home with its specific timing to be performed.Nutritionist diet plan will help us to reset our old abnormal eating habits by replacing with apt and effective one. The follow ups and their guidance is highly appreciated. Getting you on a WhatsApp group will help you to keep you motivated to follow the diet plan and achieve your goals. Any quick queries or concerns posted in the group will be addressed in time as well.All you need is your effort and conviction to follow their suggestions. My journey at Ambara Wellness Clinic under the guidance of Dr. Kushala and their team of experienced doctors has been nothing short of transformative. I am writing this review for Ambara Wellness Clinic after around 6 months of nutrition consultation. I went in there having put on lot of fat and lack of excersise for around 18 months.

Dr Akshatha guided me by providing a nutrition plan. It was NOT a crash diet that I had to do for 1 month to loose 10 kgs or something.

She gave a balanced plan considering my food habits and I did not have to deviate a lot from what I was eating. The nutrition plan focussed on getting the right amount of macros in each meal. Also, rather than focusing on just loosing weight, she provided healthy eating plan which can be sustained for long term.

The best part that I liked is the kind of follow ups she does. It really helps us stay on track.

Its been around 6 months now and I have still consulting with them. With the steady nutrition plan combined with strength training, my body fat has reduced from around 33% to around 23% now and I have gained considerable strength as well.

I definitely recommend anyone who is trying to eat healthy to consult with them.

I consulted doctor Aditi when my TSH came high in a full body checkup. I didn't want to take meds and wanted to solve the root cause of the problems. After checking my reports and asking me lifestyle questions, she was the first doctor who suggested that I take Antibody tests. With tests, I found out that I have high antibodies which are causing my tsh levels to go high. It's not really a thyroid issue. I was very happy with this diagnosis, none of the others doctors tried to find the root cause.

She put me on a diet and suggested few lifestyle changes. She regularly followed up with me so that I follow the diet and also ensured that my weight is in check. After a month I took the tests again and I was surprised to see improvements within such a short period of time. For the 2nd month she put me on a different diet and added some supplements.

Within 3 months, my TSH came down to 5 from 11. My anti TPO came down to 180 from 208 and anti Tg came down to 1.3 (negligible) from 76.

Doctor Aditi is very patient, goes into details to understand the root cause and explains everything very patiently. She is excellent in her treatment, if you want your health issues to be resolved from the roots, consult her.

I am a cyclist. I was trying to complete the Randonneur series to get the title of Super Randonneur(SR). The series consists of 4 rides (200kms, 300kms, 400 kms, 600 kms) to be completed in one season. I had done 3 rides and 600kms ride was in the offing. But odd late I was suffering from bad knee pain which made it doubtful of me completing such long ride.

That’s when I met Dr. Vaishakh at Ambara Wellness Clinic. He was very welcoming with his signature smile. He treated me for over a week though I should have reached him a bit earlier. Nonetheless, he even included strength training in the short duration along with other therapies. I was feeling better and confident by the time of the scheduled ride.

He also went on to install a therapeutic strips on my knees that would avoid any kind of injuries to this scheduled 40 hours of cycling!

Finally I am happy here to say that I completed the 600 kms ride with hour to spare and without any hitch of knee pain at all! And I am a SUPER RANDONNEUR now.

Initially through an other doctor I got to know about ambara wellness clinic.. so i consulted and got to know my present condition of my body. I had consulted for my excess weight.
