Therapy with Dr. Mahek is truly an experience I'm blessed with. In every session, I discover, learn to accept and validate a part of me that needed love. What I truly appreciate is the environment, professionalism, space and patience that I'm on the receiving end of. Sessions with her give me hope and show me that although I'm not in a mental place I want to be in yet, there's a way to reach there. She's good at figuring out stuff about you and giving you cues to speak and express yourself on, based on your body posture, the way you can or cannot make eye-contact and subtleties of that sort. There is so much to say about Find Your Path and Dr. Mehak Sharma. Just like the name of her clinic suggests, it truly helps you finding your own path in life with just the right amount of push and reality check that you require. I was at such a point in life where I had no hope either from myself or from my life. I was almost close to falling into chronic depression and had sleep issues as well. I was even suicidal before visiting her and had completely given up on my life. After a lot of research, with God's grace I came across her profile and decided to visit her. Since that day till today she has been a guiding light in my life. She has taught me how to deal with difficult people and situations, she has taught me how to accept myself the way I am and how to set the right boundaries in every relationship. She has taught me how self-love is the greatest love of all and how it is missing in almost every woman I know. She has not only helped me in my personal life but also showed me the right path in dealing with professional issues. She understands you more than even your own Mom can do without any judgements or feeling of awkwardness. Today, if I am able to even live and enjoy life and stand up for myself it's because of her. She has put a lot of effort and understanding in making me feel better. She is open minded and a very intelligent therapist with great understanding of her client's inner feelings and thoughts in just a few sessions. I can't express how much she has helped me come out of my own pointless thoughts and feelings and shown me the reality of life. Most importantly, she doesn't give up on her client's by putting them on uneccassary medications and looks after their well-being. She's an angel in disguise of a human. I can't stop and will recommending her to anyone and everyone facing any kind of issues in their lives or even if their life is going perfect they should visit her atleast once for insights on self-transformation for a better life. I met Dr Mahek , when I was needed a guide in my life . She is like Angel to me,It was always a pleasure talking to her, after talking with her I get a different kind of clearity in my thoughts which I can't explain in words.

Dr Mehak is very good & smart counsellor. *** ********* ** ********* * she knows how to use it. When I met her for the 1st time, she immediately understood my issue. She heard me out patiently. She is very direct & clear in communicating her thoughts. Maintains professional distance, doesn’t judge me, doesn’t ask prying questions, explains concepts which I may not understand. She doesn’t put words in my mouth, rather tries to make me understand myself. Every session I feel I learn something new & which helps me progress. She understands my limitations & does not push things on me. She give regular homework which really helps bring awareness & perspective. I have been taking counselling since 1.5 years & I have implemented the lessons in my daily life & really improved my life state. Would definitely recommend to consult her. One thing I would like to change is the sessions should start on time.

Dr Mehak has been the key to improving my mental health. I met her for anxiety and body image issues. She’s friendly and considerate. She knows how to lighten things up and to make you see what your problems really are, rather than the build up in your head.

I have recommended find your path to more people than I can remember. It’s been a few months since I started seeing Dr. Mehak and my life has changed in the best ways since then. Understanding me and giving tasks and tackling each issue individually and patiently, has helped me grow.

Just a kind of doctor you need for sharing, analyzing and addressing psychological, behavioral and emotional issues. Our counseling sessions have been very informative and helpful. Her experience of dealing with patients from varied backgrounds and age groups adds a superior benefit while discussing social situations with her. I took online therapy with Dr Mehak Sharma over 7 months. I am a student living abroad and faced mental health issues such as anxiety.

The therapy was affordable. It was helpful in terms of understanding my own mind and being aware about the issues I am facing. As the sessions progressed , I learnt not only about the trigger points of my issues but also a mindful way of dealing with them. I was able to make some really important, life changing decisions for myself because , the therapy gave me ability to think clear about who I am and what I want. Dr. Mahek is a friendly and understanding person. She is very compassionate and let me speak my mind freely. This in itself was a big booster as I knew that there is someone who will listen to me and can understand the pain I am going through. She helped me clear my mind and see through things. I was lacking self confidence and felt that there wasn't anyone I can confide with. In every session she helped me discuss every topic that concerned me and used the socratic approach of questioning me every time - like why does this worry you? Why does it matter? -- It was tough to start with. Answering questions that I had no answers to and this made me think on why anything bothers me so much. What she said struck me - Your problems may or may not change. But you have to find a way to better deal with them.

At the end I gained back my self confidence & had a better understanding on how to deal with situations. Thank you so much!!

Going to Dr Mehek was one of the best decisions of my life. She has very unique ways of handling her patients. After going through the therepy I have evolved alot. She has given me the gift of looking at things with more realistic view.
