I had a positive experience with Riddhi. She’s empathetic, * ***** ********* and makes you feel comfortable from the start. I appreciate how she explains the reasoning behind the therapy methods or tools she suggests.
What stood out to me is that her aim is to help you build the ability to manage things on your own. She’s not someone who insists on weekly sessions just for the sake of it. If you’re doing well, she’s open to reducing the frequency, which I found refreshing. She’s approachable, insightful, and easy to talk to. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive and practical therapist

She’s one amazing person. She made me feel very comfortable right from Day 1 and I could pour my heart out and weep without feeling judged. More so, her guidance actually helped me come out of that dark place I was in for a really long time.
Difference between talking to a friend and a therapist is that a Therapist gives you a legit solution (both psychological and practical) without any bias and works on YOU without letting the other person (who’s hurt you) down. That is exactly what I needed to hear. It really helps when a professional points out exactly what made us act in a certain way and how can we change that for better!
We spend a lot of our time living life, in our heads… it’s very important that it’s a calm, peaceful and blissful place to be :)
