Dr. Rekha Rai understood my problem well and gave appropriate advice. I am very satisfied with the consultation and found the clinic environment and staff to be good. Having a prior appointment meant no wait time, and overall, it was a satisfying experience.

I am taking treatment for my mother's arthritis from the doctor. The doctor has been very understanding in the treatment. My mother's arthritis, which had been bothering her for last three to four years, is now getting better after two months of treatment from the doctor.

One thing that bothered me a lot was that they didn't have much medicines that time, they said we will courier it to you. I have been taking Follow Up for the past month, but I haven't received the remaining medicine.

I told their executive three to four times that I wanted to talk to the doctor but he didn't get in touch. I always got answers like this - U will get the courier tomorrow, the courier office was closed, the address was not found, POD details will share etc.
