To his credit, I never needed to refer to my list and when ai checked it at the very end, I found that he had answered every question almost in the order that I had noted them down. A doctor should inspire confidence at the very outset, and Dr. Pritam Kalaskar does this extremely well. I was forced to select “wait time” as one area to be improved because Practo does not provide the option “None of the above” and neither does it allow one to skip the question. But my experience so far with Dr. Kalaskar and his team has been outstanding. There is really nothing I can suggest for improvement right now.
