He explains all the aspects of the treatment and surgery well to the patient and family. So this helped us to be mentally prepared too, both before the surgery and post-surgery. I did not get to meet Dr. Karthik Subramanian despite booking an appointment in advance and ended up waiting for over 5 hours. The staff acknowledged me but the doctor was busy and I was never seen.
