I was experiencing continuous pain on my back below the shoulder for a few weeks. I thought it was a muscle pull and went to a physiotherapist for treatment. While I could get some relief initially, the problem did not get resolved completely and started reappearing again and again. One evening, I casually walked into Dr.Chittaranjan Das's Pain Clinic at Airoli, with some doubts in mind as to whether I would get a solution to the problem permanently. To my great surprise and relief,, I could get relieved of this pain after three visits through his treatment. Dr. Das was always helpful and took pains to explain the causes of the problem and the line of treatment he was planning for me. Based on this experience, I gained the confidence to take my daughter also to the clinic last month. She had a back ache for the last two years which could not get cured during her visit to many other doctors. Dr. Das was able to resolve this problem within four sittings spread over a month. The dependence on external medicine was minimal. More attention was given to identifying the root cause of the pain and tackling the source rather than relieving the pain through ointments or tablets. : Sridhar
