He is also compassionate, he hears you out, understands your worries and calms you down and explains all the possible causes of distress, his diagnoses and the medication/ course of action. He is extremely patient and is always ready to solve all 20-25 doubts that you'll throw at him. I broke my ACL while playing football, I called him at 9 in the morning because Google showed up his number on top, and he calmed me down and rushed to Currae Hospital and asked me to get an XRay done until he arrives. His course of treatment was XRay and medications + Bedrest + Icing to reduce inflammation and pain, followed by MRI to find out what's wrong, followed with planned surgery for reconstruction and then physiotherapy under the guidance of Dr Sanket. His approach has been dynamic and cautious at the same time, and on every visit he instilled confidence in me to do 5% better than yesterday. He gave us the freedom to decide what's the best course of action by pointing out all the pros and cons, and also actively helped us with the insurance process and kept a check on me periodically. He was always available on call and whatsapp and him and his team guided us really well even during lockdown with preoperative formalities and tests, insurance formalities etc. The support staff, nurses and receptionists are very well behaved and friendly and professional, overall, we had a very smooth journey right from our first consultation to the recovery, with proper medical advice and medications.
