I had visited South Ex Dental and met with Dr Unnati and Dr Saurabh Gupta.
My experience of getting an implant was smooth and painless and not once did i jump on the chair.
Dr Unnati has a soft touch and voice. She worked on my tooth patiently and gently, all while being very sensitive to my body language. She has a very calming and encouraging presence and she put me at ease even before i sat on the Dentists chair. All my questions were answered in full detail and my nervousness and fears were allayed.

His gentle approach and calm manner made every procedure extremely comfortable with zero discomfort. The root canal treatment on my two teeth was excellent, and the advanced technology used for denture measurements ensured perfect fitting in one go. I truly appreciate the professionalism, precision, and care throughout the treatment.
The doctor seemed very busy and I felt the consultation was rushed, which made the visit feel like a waste of time.

My procedure took about a hour and a half in total and the doctors took very good care throughout.
The complications in my extraction were well exppained in the beginning and the process being carried out was also being explained as we went along.
Overall the procedure was more or less painless.
