I consulted Dr Pragya Goel in Feb 2026 in cloud-9 for my Delivery. And I myself being a health care personnel (a nurse in India for about 10 years and about 5 years in UK) had a lot of anxiety and fear about choosing a doctor and finding someone who

understood and valued my views, opinions and beliefs about my own care during the most vulnerable moments of my life.

And I am writing this feedback in September 2026, it’s been almost six months since Dr Goel delivered my precious baby boy via emergency c-section and I still remember her care.

She takes her patients very serious and even though she has experience of more than 23 years, she understands that every patient has different physical, emotional and psychological needs and she adjusts accordingly. She wears her confidence.

I had oligohydramnios towards 36th week of pregnancy and needed constant attention and medications. Despite that care and treatment the fluid kept decreasing and the artificial induction was necessary. Which I was explained thoroughly.

She has full control on patient care and never leave the patient care in her team’s hands alone. she is constantly there for her patients. I remember her associates giving her few calls at midnight when none of the medication for induction wasn’t working on me and they needed to intervene with something else. And later when I was not well enough to keep up with artificial induction. She responds and takes full responsibility. You as patient feel cared by.

She is very calm and friendly and never disregards your opinion as patient but she knows how to put her perspective and her opinion for patients care and in patients favour.

Another best thing about being her patient is the easy access to her advice in whatsap. She never hesitate to answer simple queries (safe enough to be dealt in whatsap group) on WhatsApp. As a health care professional I know how money can be made through consultations charges for these simple queries. But she chose to answer them simply in whatsap group for free.

I know that private health care is all about receiving the kind of care a customer or patient wants but I have met and seen doctors who don’t listen to the patients and push their choices and ways of treatment but Dr Pragya Listens and advise accordingly.

Above being a doctor or healthcare professional, she is a wonderful Women who empowers other women as well. *** ** *** **** **** ** ***** ***** *** **** ** *** **** *** ******* *** **** ********* *** *** ************ I remember waiting every day to see what she is going to wear today. Her care is as colourful as her persona and her dresses, vibrant and beautiful.

I would definitely recommend people choosing her as their doctor and I myself would return back to her if and when required. And this time she is in Max hospital Mohali.

I am A.K. Arora, Ex- Supdt. CWC aged 66 years, residing at Abohar (Punjab), I was suffering from Urine problem for last 2 years, I have to go for urine 4 to 6 times in a day time & 3-4 times at night, because about 900 ml. Urine remains stored after urine done, I visited many Doctors for above treatment at Abohar, Sri Ganganagar & Bathinda, they put urine pipe to vacate the stored urine to avoid side effects by the stored urine & sugests Turp surgery of prostate which is hindering urine to come out but the prostate can grow within 4-5 years again & 50% chances are there for removal of urine pipe even after above surgery. Now my urine problem has been solved & I am Thankful to Dr. R. S. Rai ji who cured me successfully.

Dr. Amandeep Singh Sandhu is not only an experienced, skillful and knowledgeable doctor who is great at his work, but also a very compassionate, generous and virtuous human being.

Recently my father underwent an abdominal surgery as he was having obstruction in small bowl. It was a very high risk surgery because of my father's poor cardiac health. Initially I was so confused and nervous but Dr. Sandhu and his team cleared all my doubts and answered all my queries very patiently. I visited Max hospital in emergency, my health condition was critical but Sir and his team handled my case with ease. I had laparotomy and got temporary stoma. After 2 months Dr Amandeep did my stoma closure. Those 3 months were tough for me but sir always encouraged me and my family and even after my surgeries whenever I faced some health issues Dr Aman is always available on call which I believe is a kind gesture. I am a government employee and suffering from Mild appendicitis from 2 month back. I met Dr Amandeep for my father’s treatment of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. He was referred to me by a friend doctor of mine. I found Dr Amandeep a pure professional doctor.
