I recently shifted to Kharar and for the last one year, there was a pain in my shoulder. Due to everyday routine work and engagement with the work, it was hard to show this to the doctor. As we normally do, I use to take a pain killer which used to give temporary relief but after that, pain again use to come. Now, my shoulder was completely frozen. I was in so much pain and went directly to the PGI. They told that I will have to come for physiotherapy for almost 6 months and every month, we will do a review. I used to go there regularly for first 15 days but after that, it was very hard to visit there on a regular basis as the distance was too much. One of the doctors of PGI recommended me about Dr. Neha and told that she is a specialist in this. You can visit her in Kharar. I went to Painfree Physiotherapy clinic which Dr. Neha is running and she told me the in and out of the complete problem which made me believe that I will be fine. Its been almost a month I am visiting Dr. Neha and is extremely happy and satisfied with the treatment. Best thing is she puts in so much of the effort and ensures that every patient leaves the clinic with a smile.

One of my finest experiences of physiotherapy. I am from Delhi and because of my occupation, keep on travelling so much. This has resulted in a backache and has been there for over 5 years now. Post diagnosis from multiple ortho physicians and taking multiple painkillers, pain still remain as it. I was suggested by my friends to visit the physiotherapist which I did in Delhi and multiple locations; however, pain was reduced but still it kept recurring after few days. This time I was in Mohali and I was suggested by one of friends to visit Dr. Neha at Painfree Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries Clinic. To my surprise, treatment was par excellence and its been 2 months, I havent faced any pain. Best of the treatment and staff is very much cooperative. Most interesting part was the cost which is very much on the lower side. I have paid almost Rs 800 per Visit in Delhi and she was charging almost 1/6th of that. Dr. Neha is highly INTELLIGENT and known her subject very well. MUST GO FOR ALL THE PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED OF PHYSIO!!!

I was referred by one of the orthopedician to Painfree Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries Clinic, Gillco Valley, Kharar. I must say it has changed my perception towards the physiotherapy. Dr. Neha at Painfree Physiotherapy is too good. She believes in being transparent and knows her subject very well. I am from the IT background and I know how important it is to set the correct expectations. This is what the doctor does. She ensures that there is no false commitment and treats the patient with best of her abilities. Good thing what I saw at Painfree Physiotherapy was, in case patient came up with a very unique problem or doctor is not aware, she will clearly inform patient that she will have to consult someone else before she starts with the treatment. In short, a true professional who understands the pain of the patient and genuinely wants the patient to get fine. God bless her!!

Visited the clinic to get treated for my cervical problem. To my surprise, she charged me 100rs. as consultation, just for asking the clinic timings and taking an appointment for the next day. She is the most arrogant doctor, I have seen in my life. Moreover, the helpers she had at clinic, were more like home servants brought the clinic. No proper treatment, just the use of machines purchased from TENS company. Worst experience.

My friend stays in Gillco Valley where Dr. Neha is practicing. I was recommended by my friend to visit her for my Cervical pain. For the first time, I saw a physio doing a proper diagnosis of the problem. Post diagnosis, she told me about the protocol and the number of sittings I require for my pain. During my first sitting, I was not able to move my neck and it was a great relief after taking a treatment for few days. I never felt that the treatment will be so smooth and my pain will be gone easily. Dr. Neha is best of the doctors and she knows her subject very well. Painfree Physiotherapy clinic is truly a recommendation for all who are suffering from pain.

Highly recommended Doctor!!! I visited this clinic with a foot drop problem as I met with an accident few years back. Dr. Neha checked my foot and diagnosed properly. She told me about the timings and the procedure she is going to follow. Based on that, she started with the treatment and ask me to come regularly for 10 days and we will review after 10 days. My foot drop was reduced to almost 60 percent. My Treatment is still going on and day after day there is a good improvement. Best thing about the doctor is that she tries her level best to make sure that patient leaves the clinic with a smile on his face. Prior to this, I took treatment in MAX Super specialty Hospital for almost a month and there was hardly a 5 percent improvement. Despite of paying a huge amount, treatment was not satisfactory but this treatment at Painfree Physiotherapy has costed me almost 1/6th what I was paying and treatment has been par excellence... Excellent Treatment and a true value for money in todays competitive world. God Bless her!!!

Dr Neha Nijhawan is a very friendly *** ************* doctor. She patiently listens to your problem and diagnoses the problem ******* **** *** ******** ************** I was having shoulder pain for the last 2 months and the orthopaedic I had consulted earlier did not take more than 2 minutes to simply put me on painkillers and some ointment to rub in without any checking. Even after one month of painkillers there was absolutely no relief. That's when I came to Dr Neha. She immediately recognized my problem as frozen shoulder and suggested *********** treatment. I finally see getting relief from my shoulder pain.

Doctor is highly qualified and she knows her subject very well. She gave me a time frame of 1-2 months and i must say after one month of treatment, I am all okay. I will still continue for another 10-15 days as suggested by the doctor.
