On recommendations from my doctor friend I went to meet Dr Jagannath Kulkarni at Manipal Hospital Dona Paula, Goa. After various tests an inguinal hernia was detected. Dr Jagannath kulkarni did open cut surgery on me last month as due to some reasons laproscopic surgery was not possible. After the surgery the pain subsided and I was discharged in 2days. Usually they discharge the second day. Hernia surgery is common but not as easy. Dr Jagannath kulkarni is an experienced expert and very approachable kind Surgeon. He guided me well and I felt very very safe with him. I am feeling good now. I recommend Manipal Hospital for 4 major things1) Expert experienced Doctors good guidance, very kind and helpful with supportive nursing and house keeping staff. 2) System in place, disciplined and hassle free, help at all levels making patients comfortable and at ease with all procedures from tests, admission to discharge. 3) Good hygiene and care. 4) Good food facility as per individual patient requirements.
