Met first time doctor. Very soft spoken and nice behavior to patient like family member. Diagnosed the problem at first visit.

Hospital had charged more fees as compared to fees shown in your website . They have charged Rs 1250 , But on your website it was 1000 .

My first visit with Dr Gagan Priya was a very positive experience. She was kind and left a good impression, which is why I decided to book a second appointment. Unfortunately, the second visit was deeply disappointing. The lab had sent my reports as soft copies, and I was not informed in advance that she preferred printed versions over mobile version. Had I known, I would have brought them in print. Even during the appointment, she could have simply asked, and I would have arranged to print them immediately. Instead of addressing this minor inconvenience with a solution, she responded in a way that felt ************* ***** *** rude. Her tone was cold, and she made dismissive remarks about my generation. I found her attitude deeply disrespectful and upsetting. I left the clinic feeling anxious, hurt, and genuinely shaken. As someone who has seen many doctors due to health concerns, I’ve never encountered such a lack of empathy. While I respect her medical expertise, I cannot continue with a doctor who lacks basic empathy and compassion for patients, especially when those patients are paying for her time
