Dr. Dharmender Aggarwal is the Senior Consultant — Uro-Oncology & Robotic Surgery at Fortis Hospital, Mohali, serving patients across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Ludhiana and the entire North India region. He holds an MCh in Urology from PGIMER Chandigarh, a Fellowship in Robotic Surgery & Uro-Oncology from the Royal College of Surgeons of England (St. George's NHS Hospital, London), and is a certified Robotic Surgeon from the European Robotic Urology Section (ERUS), Belgium and the ORSI Academy. He has performed over 900 robotic cancer surgeries of the kidney, prostate and bladder using the Da Vinci Xi robotic system. He is a pioneer and leading surgeon for robotic surgery across North India. He is the proctor and teacher for robotic surgery for Intuitive Urology and has helped establish many robotic surgery centres across the country.
