To be honest, I have faced a worst experience in my life when I visited to this Doctor. Doctor seriously needs to work on his communication skills as he talks very rude to there patients and does not tell enough of your disease. After asking multiple times please tell me what disease I am facing, he told me he can not tell me anything now, first of all you will take this medicine for 15 days than come back again. When I have asked him would this medicine will make me disease free, he told me very rudely you are asking too many questions, I am not God who can sure you will be disease free, please come back again after 15 days than will let you know.

you asked for it, did'nt you. 1. what a big liar, i always explain cause of illness (unless you were sleeping while i was explaining), please check rightmost corner of the prescription, i write diagnosis over that area. 2. I was rude??? never , i only get rude if you start quarreling or if i find your behavior not appropriate. 3. i never ask people like you to enter my clinic, always remember "a doctor has got nothing to sell" , you were least interested in what you were facing. 4. AIIMS trained doctor told you, not to take medicines? because they are strong? rubbish. Ask him to give that in written, he shall face a legal consequence and so will you, i am fully authorized to use my jurisdiction within given norms. I have served as senior resident at LLRM medical college and taught post graduate students, i have been fellow at Somdech Phra hospital -Bangkok, I can tell that it was not a trained doctor who told you that but either a Medical store wala, or perhaps you cooked that up . 5. yes i may look like someone forced me to see you because , people like you are forced to society, you are unpleasant anywhere you go (we all have seen someone like you). 6. no one has to buy medicine from medical store near me, you can buy anywhere, i really have no business with that, i even avoid unnecessary tests, (you can check your prescription again). 7. you are in my black list. 8. once again, those who seek five star treatment are not welcome at my clinic, please go to some other place, i can help only if you allow me to help you, people like saurabh think they can "buy" anything but truth is health cannot be bought or sold, we only help you to come out of your illness, nothing more. we have nothing to sell here. 9. our staff daily manages around like 100 patients per day, they help you throughout the process, they are like family to me, can anyone ask his family to be rude to guests? are you in your senses. What a stupid allegation. do you ask your juniors at workplace to misbehave with anyone, buddy no one does that.

I visited to Dr. for itching in Hair scalp. He wrote prescription. I went to the Medical Shops outside the premises and after 1 hour hanging around in market, I re- visted to Doctor and told -" Sir, None of these Medicines are available in market. is it mandotory to buy medicines from your dispensary."You guys will shock what he said in respond. He said-" Bhiya Ye Shahar chod doe agr Tumhe Ye medicines nhi mil rhi hain Shaher me. Ye State chod doe agr pure state me na mile medicine aur agr India me na mile toe ye India hi chod doe."I was surprised, what he is saying. I went to this clinic ******* ** **** ** ****** ***** But the situation was completely bad there. Doctors do not respond nicely to thier patients. And we have to pay our time much more than stated. I took facial hair laser treatment . First sitting was okay. I could notice the effects. *** **** **** **** ** **** ***** ***** *** ***** ***** ******* **** **** ******** **** **** ********* ** ***** *** ***** ****** ****** ****** ** ********** ***** *** ********* ( I even told them several times that I can't afford your treatment. Please give me best results from your side.) I could genuinely afford 6 -7 sittings as the price of one sitting was 3500+1700 medicines.. I asked them to reduce the oral tablets ** **** ***** **** ** ****** ** ****** ******* they replied you have to take them anyhow. They didn't give me time for laser.they hardly give 2 minutes to my skin for which they charge 3500 rs. big amount. * **** ***** **** *** **** **** ***** ******** ** ** **** *** ***** ******** **** **** *** ******** *** **** ****** *** **** ******** They don't let us speak . Very bad experience. Doctor didn't explain the cause and remedy well. He needs to improve his communication skills. His responses were bit offending and not acceptable. Like saying I can't tell you everything that's written on books when asked what could be the reason for the problem.

He should treat his patients well in order to earn goodwill. Also he should be more friendly with patients so that they can build their trust in him. He was taking patients as if someone has forced him to see them.

Apart from all this, excepting only cash. Staff was also not good. Same problem of communication is with staff also.

hi, its true for what you have written. I am not good in communicating. I am a bit strict when it comes to treatment, i do not intend to change. we tell everything to a patient that is required for his/her disease and that which is relevant. How can we summarize everything in 10 - 20 min. for which it took years of training ( is it humanly even possible?). suppose if we explain that to a patient, and he gets it wrong (it took years along for us in our training to understand that stuff), he/she will not only prove to be a hazard for himself/herself but also for society (to whom he/she bloats incorrect or insufficient knowledge). my staff is my family to me, i ask them not to fake and be themselves and genuine , i take full responsibility for my staff. They will talk to you same way you talk to them. We have cameras installed in clinic and we observe them, any kind of misconduct is documented (none was found in your case). please for those who seek 5 star treatment and "communication skills" are not welcome at my clinic please find some other place , please visit only if you are really serious about your problem,and willing to comply with us, we will leave no stone unturned.
