Dr. Shishir Agrawal

Dr. Shishir Agrawal did his graduation, MBBS, and, then, post graduation, MS, from Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College, Meerut, in 1995. He worked in various hospitals in U.K. (London, etc.). He passed his FRCS, Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, U.K., in 1996 and also MRCOphth, Membership of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, London, England, in the same year. He was awarded the Diplomate of National Board, New Delhi, in the same year. He has had a brilliant academic career throughout. He has visited various hospitals in USA, UK, Germany, etc. He has done a fellowship in advanced vitreoretinal diseases. He has published various papers in National and International Journals, e.g., American Journal of Ophthalmology, Ophthalmology (American Academy of Ophthalmology), Journal of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (American), Eye (U.K.), Retina (U.S.A.), Indian Journal of Ophthalmology, etc. He has presented papers and been invited as guest/ faculty in various National and International Conferences – Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, All India Ophthalmological Society, Indian Intraocular Lens Implant and LASIK Society, Delhi Ophthalmological Society, etc. He has been appointed a Reviewer of the American Journal of Ophthalmology, Ophthalmology, Archives of Ophthalmology, Indian Journal of Ophthalmology, etc. He is a member of American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract & Refractive Surgery, All India Ophthalmological Society, Delhi Ophthalmological Society, U.P. State Ophthalmological Society, Meerut Ophthalmological Society, etc.
