Description
Zott P Tablet is a combination medicine which may be used to relieve symptoms such as pain, tenderness, swelling, stiffness, etc. in conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, low back pain, shoulder pain, cervicobrachial syndrome, etc. It may also be used to relieve pain, swelling, stiffness, etc. associated with surgery, tooth removal, or trauma. It is also used to temporarily relieve fever. This medicine should be used with caution due to the increased risk of liver damage and bleeding complications.

Chronic malnutrition

This medicine should be used with extreme caution in patients suffering from malnourishment due to the increased risk of severe adverse effects. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required in some cases based on the clinical condition.

Heart diseases

This medicine should be used with caution in patients with heart diseases due to the increased risk of severe adverse effects on the heart. This risk is especially higher if the medicine is used for a prolonged period of time. Gastro-intestinal bleeding

This medicine may cause severe gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation after prolonged usage. These adverse events may occur with or without warning symptoms. Missed Dose

How it works
Zaltoprofen works by blocking the formation of certain chemical substances in the body which are responsible for causing pain and swelling. Paracetamol increases the pain threshold and decreases swelling. It also brings down elevated body temperature by acting on heat regulatory centers in the brain.
