Description
Zaha 1 % Eye Drops is an antibiotic used to treat conjunctivitis, also known as pink eye. Conjunctivitis is the swelling or infection of the transparent membrane that lines your eyelid and eyeball. This medicine works by blocking the formation of proteins required for bacterial growth, thus reducing infection. This medicine is only effective for bacterial infections, not for viral and other infections. Zaha 1 % Eye Drops may cause some common side effects such as eye irritation, redness, discharge etc. Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist or if they become severe. Avoid activities like driving vehicles and operating machines as this medicine may make your vision blurry. Zaha 1 % Eye Drops is taken as prescribed by your doctor. Your dose will depend on the severity of your condition. Try using this medicine at the same time every day to maintain a constant level of medicine in your body. Zaha 1 % Eye Drops is for external use only. Administer it as directed by your doctor. Do not touch your eyes with unwashed hands. Tilt your head back slightly and pull down your lower eyelid to create a small pocket. Squeeze the dropper so that a drop of Zaha 1 % Eye Drops falls in the pocket. Close your eyes for 2 to 3 minutes. Avoid sharing items like eyeglasses, contact lenses, pillows, towels, clothes, eye or face makeup when you are infected. Ensure that the treatment course is completed. Report any severe undesired side effects or lack of improvement to your doctor immediately.
