Description
Voglase 0.3 MG Tablet is an anti-diabetic medicine. It is used to lower blood sugar levels if you have Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (your body does not produce enough insulin or resist it), especially when other medicines are not able to provide the desired results. Voglase 0.3 MG Tablet works by reducing the blood sugar level by preventing the breakdown of large carbohydrates (food that contains complex sugar) into simple sugar such as glucose. This prevents blood sugar levels from rising very high, especially after having food. Voglase 0.3 MG Tablet has some side effects like nausea, vomiting, dizziness, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, etc. These side effects may subside by themselves. Consult your doctor if they are persistent or worsen. Avoid consuming alcohol as it can alter blood sugar levels. Very low or high blood sugar levels can lead to visual impairment hence, avoid driving vehicles or operating machines. Voglase 0.3 MG Tablet is to be taken right before food in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Take it regularly at the same time for the ease of remembering and for better results. Do not discontinue using this medicine without consulting your doctor. It is advisable to regularly monitor your blood sugar levels while taking this medicine. Voglase 0.3 MG Tablet is not recommended for use if you are allergic to it. It is not safe to use in children below 18 years of age as the safety and efficacy data for use is not available. Inform your doctor about your medications and any health issues such as stomach, liver, kidney problems, etc. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before using this medicine.
