Ulgel (Saunf Flav) Tablet is a combination medicine used to relieve symptoms such as heartburn, sour stomach, acid ingestion, upset stomach, bloating, belching, stomach discomfort, etc. This medicine is not recommended for use in patients who are suffering from severe kidney diseases.

General warnings

Hypermagnesaemia

Use of this medicine may increase the magnesium levels in the blood. The risk is especially higher in patients suffering from kidney diseases. Report any symptoms such as flushing of the skin, increased thirst, difficulty in breathing, changes in heart rate, etc. to the doctor immediately. Close monitoring of magnesium levels, appropriate dose adjustments, or replacement with a suitable alternative may be necessary based on the clinical condition of the patient.

Kidney disease

This medicine should be used with caution in patients suffering from kidney diseases due to the increased risk of severe adverse effects. Close monitoring of kidney function is recommended for such patients. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be necessary based on the clinical condition of the patient.

Colic Pain

This medicine is not recommended for use in infants for colic pain since the safety and efficacy of use are not clinically established. An alternative treatment option should be considered based on the clinical condition.
