Description

Tromanil MR Tablet is a combination medicine which may be used for the treatment of pain, swelling, and inflammation associated with muscle spasms. Patients are advised to undergo appropriate physical therapy and rest along with this medicine to obtain the best possible effect.

How it works
Nimesulide blocks the action of certain natural substances that are responsible for causing pain and inflammation. Paracetamol works by increasing the pain threshold and decreasing swelling. It also brings down elevated body temperature by acting on heat regulatory centers in the brain. Chlorzoxazone acts on the spinal cord and brain to reduce impulses responsible for muscle spasms.
