Tolterodine

Description

Tolterodine is used for the treatment of an overactive bladder, a condition characterized by symptoms such as a frequent feeling of a need to urinate, sudden urge to urinate, inability to control urination, leaking of urine, etc. This medicine is not recommended for use in patients less than 18 years of age.

Allergy

Narrow angle glaucoma

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients suffering from an uncontrolled narrow-angle glaucoma due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.

Gastric retention

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients suffering from gastric retention due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.

Severe liver impairment

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients suffering from severe liver function impairment due to the increased risk of serious adverse effects.

Angioedema and anaphylactic reactions

Central nervous system side effects

Missed Dose
