Description
Susten 300 MG Tablet SR has a similar action to the female hormone (chemical messenger) progesterone. It is used in the treatment of irregular menstruation caused due to an imbalance of progesterone hormone in your body. It is also used as a component in hormone replacement therapy to prevent abnormal thickening of the lining of the uterus thus, decreasing the risk of cancer. Susten 300 MG Tablet SR has some side effects like nausea, headache, abnormal vaginal discharge, stomach pain, dizziness, constipation, etc. These side effects are mild and may subside by themselves. Consult your doctor if they bother you for a longer time or worsen. Susten 300 MG Tablet SR should be used as instructed by your doctor. Do not take more than the recommended dose. Take it every day at the same time for the ease of remembering and for better results. Susten 300 MG Tablet SR is not recommended for use if you are allergic to it. It is not indicated for use in children. Inform your doctor if you have vaginal bleeding, kidney, liver, or heart problems, or any other medical conditions.
